Merge branch 'feature/schema-updates' into development

* feature/schema-updates:
  Update api dependency in Cargo.lock
  Update api version
  Update build.rs to not output to tracked dir
  Drop git tracked pregenerated code
  Drop pregenerated modules
  Update API submodule
