Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/feature/desfire-auth' into feature/api-0.3

* origin/feature/desfire-auth:
  update desfire crate to version on crates.io
  working Desfire auth in the api!
  fix stupid logic error
  initial integration of the X-FABFIRE mechnism
